Since January 2012, I have been a faculty member at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies, where I have had the privilege of instructing diverse management subjects. These subjects include, but are not limited to, Foundations of Project Management, Project Management Practices, Project Risk Management, Project Scheduling and Cost Planning, Project Finance, Project Quality Management, Project Evaluation and Assessment, Introduction to Program and Portfolio Management, and The Capstone Course in the Project Management Program.
I am delighted to announce that I will be teaching two courses in the upcoming Spring Term: Foundations of Project Management and Project Quality Management. These courses will be available to all students at Northeastern University and to anyone with interest in Project Management.
Foundations of Project Management is an introductory course that covers the fundamental principles, tools, and techniques used in managing projects. This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of key project management concepts, including project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, leadership, and communication.
Project Quality Management, on the other hand, is an advanced course that focuses on the importance of quality in project management. In this course, students will learn about quality planning, assurance, control, and improvement in the context of project management. Students will also explore the application of quality management tools and techniques to project management cases and scenarios.
These courses are ideal for people who want to learn how to manage projects successfully and improve their project management skills. As an experienced project management instructor, I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise with you in these courses.
If you have any questions or would like to know more about these courses, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking forward to working with you all in the Spring Term.
